What is your response time on cake inquiries?
To enquire about a custom-tier cake or wedding cake, please email us at cake@labon.com. We usually respond within 24-48 hours, but this can vary during peak seasons. Intricate designs may need to be further reviewed by our decorators.
When should I reserve my date?
We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, especially during peak periods like the holidays. We normally require at least two weeks’ notice.
What kind of cake tastings do you offer, and how do I schedule them?
We offer two types of cake tastings – a take-home tasting and a sit-down tasting.
Each tasting style will allow you three cake flavors, four icings, and five fillings of your choice. The cost of any tasting will be deducted from any cake order of $200 or more.
Take-home tastings are $20 and can be picked up any day of the week from any of our locations with an advance notice of two days.
Sit-down cake tastings are held in our Woodbridge location. During this time, you sit down and discuss the fine details of your cake with our Cake Consultant. These tastings are $30 and are booked by appointment only. Appointments are limited. The more advance notice, the better! Duration: 40 minutes.
If you want to start with a cake tasting, you should plan at least one month ahead of time. For more information or to schedule a tasting, please contact cake@labon.com.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before your event. If you are ordering within the 2-week mark, you must pay in full at the time of ordering.
What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. Tier cakes with three or more tiers can be delivered, and the quoted price includes delivery charges. Tier cakes with three or more tiers must be delivered. Smaller cakes can be picked up at one of our locations or delivered for an additional fee. The delivery fee is determined based on the location of the town where the cake is being delivered.
We require a 2-hour window on all deliveries. We deliver from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.
